Yes I changed stuff yet again, I know I suck. I do have to re-upload all the manuals back to the site yet again at least the manuals I do happen to have. I needed something honestly easier to work with and what you see here is what we get. Users can submit manuals via the submit manuals module and will be approved when I get a chance. Awhile back I did lose all the manuals I had so it will take quite some time to gather them all back if it is even possible so if you have manuals to share please submit them.
