I have finally got around to uploading manuals and publications from the old SGC website I was able to archive before it went offline. For manuals they are in the manuals repo. for publications they will be in the content section under the radio general category. I still have a lot to work though so it will take some time if I don't have what you are looking for ask in the forums and I will see if I can find it and get it posted.
