An unidentified HF Over The Horizon Radar (HF OTHR) from an unknown source, but probably Asia / Pacific area, and possibly China. This radar is intruding on the ham radio 15 meter band. Detected on 21138 kHz at 22 November 2024 0129 UTC.

The radar signal is a FMCW pulse at 10KHz bandwidth with a Pulse Repetition Interval of 0.02 seconds.
